Assigned with post position number six in a field of six Fluet floated off the gate and used their usual first over grind as Hello Great Mate (Lewayne Miller) cut through fractions of :27, :56.4 and 1:24.3/ As the field headed for home it was a two-horse battle for the riches with Fluet and Leanback Coco capturing their second straight victory in a new seasonal mark of 1:53.4. Hello Great Mate (Lewayne Miller) got second, while Hidden Touch (John Cummings Jr.) held on to survive a photo for third.
The win was the third of the year for the eight-year old daughter of Cambest–Racin For Angie who with the win increased her career earnings to more than $684,000.
