Standardbred Canada Industry Survey 2026

Harness racing action
Published: June 23, 2026 05:00 pm EDT

Standardbred Canada is the national organization that registers Standardbred horses, maintains the breed’s records and pedigrees, and supports and represents the people, businesses and horses that make up Canada’s harness racing industry.

The industry is changing and so are the opportunities in front of it.  A clear five-year strategic plan provides a shared sense of direction and helps Standardbred Canada make deliberate choices about where to focus its energy and resources. That is why your input to this industry survey matters so much.

This survey takes about five to seven minutes.  Your answers are confidential and will be reported in summary form only by MacTavish Consulting, the independent firm supporting this work.  No individual responses will be shared with Standardbred Canada.
