Longtime Pennsylvania Fair horseman Winston Lineweaver, who suffered a heart attack during the racing card at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Wattsburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday, remains hospitalized in Erie.
Surgery is expected to take place on Monday, June 25 for bypass and valve repair.
