Driver Brad Forward spent his Sunday afternoon wearing a path to the winner’s circle at Dresden Raceway thanks to a six-win performance on the 12-race card
.
Forward kicked off the card by winning with Laird O’Brien’s Gracies Prodigy. The mare overcame a tough trip to win by a nose in 2:01.
The Newfoundland native prevailed with Dirty Girl (1:59.4) in Race 3 before tacking on additional wins with Adagal Sue (2:03.3) in Race 5, Little Miss Ivy (2:02.4) in Race 7, Knight Ranger (1:58) in Race 10 and So Feminine (1:59) in Race 12.
The productive performance helped Forward’s 2010 win total climb to 253, while his lifetime total ballooned to 3,892. The career winner in excess of $23.5 million has sat behind the winners of $1.1 million in purse money this year.
