There has been a follow-up report in regard to Indiana Senator Luke Kenley's call for a probe into the state's horse racing industry

.

An article by wishtv.com cites Indiana Horse Racing Commission Executive Director Joe Gorajek as saying that there is no legitimate claim or formal complaint of any wrongdoing among the racing commission, and, if there was, he would pursue and prosecute.

The report also quotes Dave Redlin, which it refers to as a horsemen's representative, as saying that the claim seems far fetched.

“To my knowledge, there's absolutely nothing like that going on," Redlin said. "You know they way the commission is here with the judges, the security and the horsemen in general, it's (the claim of race fixing is) pretty hard to believe."

In addition to the race fixing allegations, the initial wishtv.com report into the matter referred to speculation of ghost ownership of horses by IHRC officials and wagering by IHRC officials.
