Mandy Archer met three trainees in the winner's circle on Thursday evening (June 15) at Rideau Carleton Raceway, including feature winner Gettin Serious.
Guy Gagnon was in the bike of Gettin Serious in the $10,000 Preferred Handicap Trot. The pair set the tempo through panels in :28, :57.2 and 1:26.3 before winning by two lengths in 1:56.
Gettin Serious is a seven-year-old son of Crazed and the Cash Hall mare So Serious. Owned by Michel Letarte, Jamie Copley, Darren Tingley, and Robert Le Mal, the gelding has 16 career wins and $124,024.
Archer posted her two remaining training wins with Thinkingofyoubabe and Never Mind N, both driven by Gagnon.
