Excitement is building in Quebec as in just 11 days, the inaugural Ben Hur Cup driver tournament will take place at Hippodrome 3R.
The two drivers, ‘Champion’ Sylvain Filion and ‘Challenger’ Louis-Philippe Roy , will face off in eight races during the card on Sunday, June 24. Filion and Roy will take turns selecting the horses in each of the races, with each driver starting from post one through eight in the competition.
The marketing staff at Hippodrome 3R has come up with a special video commemorating the debut of the Ben Hur Cup with highlights of both Filion’s and Roy’s careers in harness racing.
The team at 3R has also produced a French language version.
