The three-year-old Muscle Mass filly Say Something slid from the pocket to deliver as the odds-on choice in the $7,400 second preliminary for the Prospect Series on Saturday (June 11) at Kawartha Downs.

Driver Ryan Guy protected position from the pylon post with the Desiree Jones trainee to lead the field by a :30.3 first quarter before yielding control to Royaltys Dream before a :59.2 half. He stayed put in second to three-quarters in 1:30.2 before revving for his bid off the bottom corner. Once given racetrack, Say Something swept past Royaltys Dream to win by 2-3/4 lengths in 2:00.2 with Molise another three lengths behind in third and Sayonara Angel taking fourth.

Owned by Gino Toscani, Say Something won her second race from 20 starts and has earned $56,456. She paid $3.40 to win.

Conditioner John MacMillan landed a hat trick on the nine-race card. His wins came with Something Royal ($6.30), Sir A ($3.60) and Salty Robyn N ($2.60).
