Another Five For McNair

After winning five races at Grand River Raceway on Friday night, 20-year-old driver Doug McNair was right back out there Saturday afternoon collecting five more victories at Woodstock Raceway

McNair won the second race with Franysballad (2:03.2) for trainer Cameron Francis, followed by the fourth race with Princess Leah (2:01.3) for William Borth and the eight race with Amchabec (1:57.4) for Stephen Esseltine before going back-to-back in the final two races with Farmers Tuition (1:54.4) for Barry Bird and Baskin Babe (1:58.1) for Alan Wallace.

The resident of St. Thomas, ON has recorded 215 wins and has earned over $1.3 million in purses in his third year of driving. He will head to Mohawk Racetrack tonight to drive three Burlington Stakes contenders for his father, trainer Gregg McNair.
