According to an article on telegraph.co.uk, a horse owned by the Queen has failed a drug test

It has been found that six-year-old mare Moonlit Path tested positive for tranexamic acid in February after a race at Huntingdon. The horse finished sixth in the race after going off at odds of 16-1.
According to the article, the drug is used in humans, under the name of Cyclokapron, to treat or prevent bleeding and is a permitted raceday medication in some states in America to prevent horses breaking blood vessels.
Trainer Nicky Henderson has been summoned to appear before the British Horseracing Authority's disciplinary committee in June.
