Sophomore Physicallyinclined waited until his final freshman start in 2014 to visit the winner's circle but he appears poised to have his photo taken in relatively short order. The son of Mach Three made his 2015 debut on Monday morning, and was a 11-plus length winner in 1:54.4. Paul MacDonell was at the controls for trainer Dr. Ian Moore and owners Bruce Mc Gean and Sterling Feener of Nova Scotia.

Also listed at 60-1 and qualifying on Monday morning was The Spy for trainer Jeff Gillis and driver Randy Waples. The lightly-raced son of American Ideal made just five starts as a two-year-old but won two of them. In his second sophomore qualifier, The Spy sped off to a 1:55 win six lengths better than his foes.
Mac Nichol bred and owns The Spy (American Ideal - Trend Setter), a full brother to Ideal Cowboy, the winner of the Whata Baron Final at The Meadowlands on Saturday night in a lifetime best 1:49.2.
Changing gears from pacing colts to trotting fillies, a pair of gals likely to be well acquainted by the end of the season made seasonal debuts.
Tymal Illbthere progressed from starting her two-year-old season in Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots program to ending against Grand Circuit types in the Goldsmith Maid. Owned by breeder Tymal Farms in partnership with Shawn Dixon, Tymal Illbthere (Kadabra - Ill Wait For You) was a three-length winner in 2:00 for driver Trevor Henry and trainer Erv Abdulov.
Another filly who ended her freshman year in the Goldsmith Maid, Juanitas Fury also debuted a winner on Monday morning. Paul MacDonell guided the John Bax pupil to a hard-fought 1:59.1 victory for owners Parkhill Stud Farm, Glengate Farms, Don Allensen and Gaelic Stable.
