World Fame One Of Five For Morand

James Magno and Joe Fonte’s World Fame ($4.60) captured the $18,600 Mares Open Pace and was one of five winners for Jim Morand Tuesday at Harrington Raceway

World Fame, a four-year-old No Pan Intended mare, set all the fractions in a half-length win over Donttellmewhatodo and Full Circle Patty.

Trained by Les Givens, it was the third win of the year for World Fame. It was one of two training wins for Les Givens whose brother, fellow trainer Wayne Givens, had three victories. Morand remained hot after winning four races on Monday and has won 12 races in three days at Harrington.
