Northside Feature To Dvc Done Good

Dvc Done Good was the star of Northside Downs’ Saturday afternoon card as he recorded the fastest mile of the day in capturing the featured $1,000 Winners Over Pace

Dvc Done Good left from Post 4 with Greg Sparling Jr. in the bike and carved out fractions of :28.3, :58.2 and 1:27.4 en route to a 1:58.1 victory by 3-1/2 lengths. Big Decision (Jason MacNeil) finished second off a pocket trip with Sir Dutch (Bruce McGean) ending up third after applying pressure to the winner through the middle splits.

Dvc Done Good paid $5.50 to win as the 3-2 second choice. The six-year-old son of Quentin Hanover-J Cs Good Girl, who has won two of his last three races, is trained and owned by Joseph Tracey.
