On Tuesday night's card of racing at Georgian Downs, one person picked nine of the ten winners on the card with their other choice finishing second
.
The person in question that pens the Georgian Downs tip sheet: none other than announcer Ken Middleton, who calls races at Mohawk and Grand River when not bowling virtual betting strikes.
"I can pick $3 winners with the best of them," joked Middleton with Trot Insider. In reality, betting Middleton's picks to win would have netted a return on investment of more than 100 per cent, with nine winners paying over $42.
