Impressive Sweep For Eagle Jolt

Eagle Jolt came three-wide down the backstretch and was able to out-gun race leader Idealic Life in the lane to win the Thursday feature in 1:58.2 at Red Shores at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

The victory was Campbell’s third of the night for the driving triple. Mcjestic completed the triactor. Eagle Jolt is owned by Wilbur and Marie MacDonald, Orwell Cove, PE.

The trotters were on stage on three separate occasions. Freddie won the Open Trot for Campbell, Thunderaway won her assignment for Jason Hughes and Parkhill Jugernaut won in gate-to-wire fashion for Brian MacPhee.

Gilles Barrieau and Mike McGuigan recorded driving doubles with Dana Sweet and Jacki Matheson earning two training victories.
