After capping her two-year-old season with a Breeders Crown trophy and a world record Three Diamonds victory, Economy Terror ($2.60) came back right where she left off, taking the first and fastest of five Pennsylvania Sire Stakes divisions for three-year-old pacing fillies

in 1:50.3.

With Brian Sears in for this lone drive, Economy Terror pushed the pace early before clearing at the completion of a :27.1 first quarter. From there it was no looking back for the daughter of Western Terror, controlling the pace and sprinting clear on the far turn en route to a geared-down two-length win over Yagonnakissmeornot and Frontierpan. Chris Oakes trains Economy Terror for the partnership of Chuck Pompey, Howard Taylor, and Edwin Gold.

Canadian-owned, trained and driven World Champion filly Big McDeal ($3.20) rallied home from off-the-pace to win her division in 1:50.4 with Jody Jamieson in the bike. The McArdle miss, winner of the Champlain Stakes at two as well as the International Stallion Stakes in world record time, was recently purchased by Bradley Grant of Milton, Ont. and moved into the Ben Wallace stable.

Other division winners were Kiss Dont Bite (Tim Tetrick, 1:52.1), Sharkist Breeze (Tetrick, 1:52.3), and Princess Cruiser (David Miller, 1:52).
