One of this year's Elitlopp participants was hooked up in a jog cart one day after foaling. With over $1 million earned and showing no signs of letting up at the age of six, there's no reason to think it didn't help shape this talented world record holder

"I put a little old harness on her and hooked her to a little goat cart,” Trot Blogger Dean Hoffman was told recently. “She followed her mother around that way. You know, a newborn foal will follow its lunch anywhere.”
