Sixteen of the best trotters in the world will compete next Sunday, May 29, at Solvalla Racecourse. Define The World has drawn post 4 in the first elim for trainer John Bax and driver Paul MacDonell. The Al Libfeld-owned son of Duke Of York will face the speedy Rapide Lebel and 2010 Kentucky Futurity winner Wishing Stone.
Fresh off his impressive win in the Oslo Grand Prix, Arch Madness leaves from post 2 in the second elimination. The gelded son of Balanced Image, owned by Marc Goldberg and Willow Pond LLC, must face 2010 Elitlopp winner Iceland, Oslo Grand Prix runner-up Lisa America and the dangerous Commander Crowe. Sweden's own Bjorn Goop will once again drive Arch Madness for trainer Trond Smedshammer.
