Rock N Load Repeats At Harrington

Ed Hall and James Hall’s Rock N Load earned her second straight win with a stirring rally in deep stretch to prevail in Tuesday's $18,000 Mares Open Pace at Harrington Raceway.

Driven by his trainer, Roger Plante Jr., the five-year-old Rocknroll Hanover spotted leader Keystone Rhythm a three length lead at the top of the stretch, but maintained a steady rally throughout the stretch and catapulted to the lead en route to the 1:53.1 victory. Keystone Rhythm was second while Yagonnakissmeornot was third.

Rock N Load boosted her seasonal earnings to more than $60,000 and notched her 20th career win. She paid $14.20.

Driver Jim Morand had three wins on the program.
