The Woodstock and District Trotting Association held its 47th annual banquet on Saturday, April 30 in front of a capacity crowd at the CAW Hall
in Woodstock, Ont.
The event was emceed by Greg Blanchard, who will also call the races in Woodstock when the 2011 live season of harness racing kicks off on Friday, June 3. Dr. Don Pooley, whose story of receiving a donor liver and call for organ donor awareness made headlines in late April, was the guest speaker.
