American In Paris Tops Spring Mixed Sale

Four-year-old pacing mare American In Paris earned the highest bid at the Tattersalls Spring Mixed Sale on Sunday at The Meadowlands.

American In Paris was purchased for $157,000 by agent Scott DiDomenico.

She has earned six wins while never finishing worse than second in eight starts this year for former connections Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi. American In Paris took her 1:50 mark in the Artistic Vision Series on April 11 at The Meadowlands and has compiled a lifetime record of 16-7-0 in 30 starts with $173,309 banked in purses.

The American Ideal-Sendingforth mare is a full-sister to B.C. Breeders Stakes colt champion Need You So Bad.
