If you had the prospects of winning a new car at the track, would you be enticed to make a trek down to your local raceway?
This past Saturday night at Tioga Downs, one lucky fan drove off in a brand new car as part of the track's Scion Giveaway.
Ten finalists had qualified on each of the first five race nights at Tioga Downs. After Saturday night’s eighth race, 10 grand finalists were chosen at random. Each was paired with one of the drivers from Tioga Downs. Ten keys were placed in a barrel and each driver selected a key for their finalist. One by one, each finalist attempted to start the Scion. Keith Andrews of Vestal, New York was the big winner.
Only Andrews had the key that successfully started the car.
