It turned out to be a pretty good day at the office for trainer/driver Keith Clark, who enjoyed a three-win performance on the 10-race card at Alberta Downs

.

Clark, who was inducted into the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame in 2009, rallied Sealedwithapromise to a 1:54.2 score in Race 2 before returning to victory lane with stablemate Dewinton Destroyer in Race 7. That daughter of As Promised went wire-to-wire in a time of 1:56.4. Clark completed his training/driving hat trick with KG Tigress, who came from off the pace to win Race 10 by a neck in a time of 1:58.4.

Clark has surpassed the $1 million mark in earnings for six consecutive seasons with horses he has trained, and to date he has watched his starters bank close to $23 million. His driving totals are impressive, as well. Clark, who figures to join the 7,000-win club at some point this season, currently sits with 5,933 victories. He went over $30 million in lifetime earnings earlier this season.
