Indiana Hall was all business in Tuesday’s featured $15,500 Preferred Trot at The Raceway at the Western Fair District, and as a result he came away with a milestone win.

The nine-year-old son of Striking Sahbra-Inverlochy marched to the front and didn’t look back en route to notching the 50th victory of his career.

Trevor Henry blasted to the lead with Indiana Hall, who sliced out an opening quarter in a :28 seconds. He was pressed through middle panels of :57.4 and 1:26.1 by Stormont Lancelot, who rolled into a break mid-way around the final turn. That allowed Indiana Hall to get the jump on backfield challengers, and it was an advantage that he ended up needing. Lexis D J rallied well as the tempo slowed, but his bid to catch Indiana Hall came up a neck short. Santo Domingo grabbed the show dough.

The 1:57 tally for the OSS graduate earned him his sixth win of the season, and more notably the 50th of his career. Ian Downey trains the gelding for the S S G Stables of North Boston, NY. The winner’s share of the purse lifted Indiana Hall’s overall cash stash to $763,212.

Pacers did battle in round two of the City Of London Series at The Raceway on Tuesday, with four divisions for the boys followed by a trio of splits for the ladies.

Jetta Flys (1:55.2), Jo Willy (1:55.2), Regal Delight (1:55.3) and Modern Xhibit (1:56) were the best in the $8,000 divisions for the boys.

Regal Princess (1:56.3), Sonic Breeze (1:56.4) and Albanian Era (1:55.4) were victorious in their $8,000 assignments against female foes.

The rich City Of London Series finals will be contested as part of this year's Molson Pace Night on Friday, May 25.
