Multiple winners nabbed Thursday’s Jackpot Hi 5 combination at Mohawk Racetrack, and as a result a massive carryover will spill into Friday evening’s final race at the Campbellville, Ont. oval.
Lindwood Beachgirl, who was sent off at odds of 5-2, captured Thursday’s finale in 1:54. Following her under the finish line were Itallaboutthebass (10-1), Queen Ideal (27-1), Rosy Outlook (2-1) and Kays Shadow (19-1).
The winning combination of 2-5-7-6-8 was worth $10,100.55 for a $1-based wager.
Earlier on the Thursday evening card a massive Pick-4 payout checked in with a return of $20,192.05 for a $1-based wager. The winning combination on the four-legged exotic offered on Races 4 thru 7 was 5-5-4-5.
