Hanover Raceway issued a media release on Friday, May 12 welcoming Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited as operator of the OLG Slots at Hanover Raceway.
Hanover, Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society continues to own and operate Hanover Raceway along with its restaurant, The Coach House.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited purchased the OLG Hanover casino as part of the OLG Southwest Gaming Bundle. Gateway has signed a lease agreement with the Hanover, Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society as tenant, to continue their newly acquired operation within the facility.
"We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited to our facility, Hanover Raceway, and the Town of Hanover," stated the release. "Hanover Raceway is excited for our upcoming harness race season beginning Saturday, June 3, 2017. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones to our racetrack."
