As a convenience for the wagering public, Meadowlands Racetrack will offer a walk-up teller window on both Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4 for Thoroughbred racing's Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby taking place at Churchill Downs.
Meadowlands Racetrack's walk-up window is located in Lot M off of Berry’s Creek Road. Tellers will be available for wagering from 10 a.m. through 7 p.m.
Programs will be available for sale on Saturday along with past performances for the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby.
Meadowlands Racetrack also provides boosted the educational components offered on its website at playmeadowlands.com.
“We wanted to provide the novice and casual racing fan the most information we could on what pari-mutuel racing is, how to the read the program and types of bets can be placed,” said Jason Settlemoir, COO and GM of Meadowlands Racetrack. “James Witherite created this very in-depth wagering guide available both on our website and at the Players Club desk.”
