The annual Horsemen's Hockey Tournament took place in London, Ontario yesterday with the eventual winners being Dave Brown's Ramegade Bruiser squad (Georgian Downs) in the Oldtimers division and JR Plante's

Team Paralyzer in the Open.

The team from Georgian, sporting impressive new jerseys courtesy of millionaire pacer Ramegade Bruiser, only had a short squad of seven skaters. But they showed the true heart of the classy old pacer and prevailed over perennial powerhouse Clinton, 3-1 in the final.

Plante's Team Paralyzer won their second straight Open title by overpowering their opponents by a four game combined score of 36-5 ! In the final they defeated Robert Sparling's 'Spar's Stars', who won their first three games of the day to earn a spot in the championship match.

The 16-team annual tourney was another big success and everyone involved would like to thank Dan Creighton for another excellent job of putting the event together.
