One of the most accomplished pacing stallions currently racing, Western Fame will now compete for new owners after being sold on Tuesday (April 6).

The speedy stakes-winning son of Western Ideal, with a mark of 1:48.1f and nearly $1.9 million in purses, is currently facing the best pacers in the country in the MGM Borgata Series at Yonkers while racing from the Shane Tritton stable. The partnership of Soulsby, Klunowski, B & I Stables LLC and Singh sold the pacer through for $114,000. Ronald Gold of New Jersey was the winning bidder.

Also on Tuesday, Lyons Girlhanover p,5,1:52.2s, a six-year-old daughter of Well Said racing in Ontario until the shutdown, sold for $20,400 to Larry Stalbaum of New York.
