The preliminary plan for Phase One of the Del Pointe Resort and Casino in Delaware has been approved
, according to a report.
An article on delmarvanow.com states that Millsboro Town Council approved the plan.
The facility is to feature a one-mile racetrack for standardbreds along with a plenitude of various amenities.
Some of the aspects of Phase One reportedly include the relocation of two roads (Avenue of Honor and Bethesda Road), the construction of a temporary sewer and a water facility for the eventual structure.
