On Tuesday, April 30, the first legal, regulated hand of online poker was virtually dealt in the United States.
According to a report by Fox Business, 'Ultimate Poker' dealt its first hand of poker at roughly noon Eastern time.
Ultimate Poker is operated by Ultimate Gaming. Ultimate Gaming is a subsidiary of Fertittla Interactive, which also runs the mixed martial arts event company Ultimate Fighting Championship, more commonly known as UFC.
As it currently stands, Ultimate Poker is only available to residents of Nevada.
