Horsemen Gerry Belanger, Richard Moreau and Dean Nixon each earned training triples at racetracks across Ontario on Saturday night.

Woodbine Racetrack's leading trainer Moreau tripled up during the 12-race Toronto card with Guard Dog ($5.40), Power Shot ($9.40), and Lennon Blue Chip ($5.10) winning their respective assignments with Sylvain Filion driving. Canada's leading money earning trainer of 2012 also picked up a win at Georgian Downs in the Preferred 2 Pace with the Scott Coulter-driven Wild Dragon ($6).

Belanger and Nixon had near perfect nights on the racetrack going three-for-four with their students at Sudbury and Kawartha Downs, respectively.

Belanger drove his pupils Thomson Seelster ($14.10), Tax Riteoff ($10.90), and Gamin Blanco ($24.30) to victories during the 10-race card in Chelmsford. Belanger also drove Sudbury Downs winner Astro Lad ($8.40) for trainer Anna Rhymer.

Kawartha's meet leading conditioner Nixon teamed up with Gord Brown to win with the maiden-breaking How Do You Sleep ($5.70) and Joshua My Boy ($10.40). The duo also won with Jennas Princess ($3.50) later during the 10-race program.
