Reports from the Quinte area state that the "for sale" signs up around the Bell Boulevard area of Belleville should not give the wrong impression

Graham Simmonds, President of Baymount told Mix97 that the 55 acres of lands for sale does not include any of the "core land needed for the project", which also includes plans for a hotel and waterpark.
The sale of the excess land, according to Simmonds, will eliminate some debt and allow the project to move ahead.
