Whosurbanker continued to cash in at the Western Fair District this week as he marched to his sixth consecutive victory in Wednesday's ninth race.

With Doug McNair in the bike, Whosurbanker advanced first over from mid-pack and wore down the pacesetting Growly Gus en route to a career-best 1:57 triumph. Growly Gus settled for second one and a half lengths behind while Good For Jereme, last week's runner-up, followed over three lengths back in third. Whosurbanker returned $2.80 to win.

The four-year-old Whosurboy gelding continued the win streak he began in the Dean Wall stable. He was claimed for $12,500 midway through his streak on March 6 by David Kryway of Amherstburg, Ont. before moving into the care of trainer Ron Adams.

Whosurbanker now sports a seasonal record reading 6-1-1 in 10 starts with earnings for the year totalling $20,200.
