Veteran horseman Mark Lancaster posted his 3,000th career driving victory, guiding Tudeedu to a half-length tally in Thursday’s fourth race at Freehold Raceway
.
Lancaster, 63, of Columbus, NJ, added victory 3,001 a race later with Nukes Art.
Born in Bishopton, Quebec, Lancaster has been a mainstay on the New Jersey circuit for three decades as a driver and trainer. His drives have yielded nearly $18 million in purse earnings.
