Tioga and Vernon Downs stall applications for the 2023 racing seasons are now available.
The stall applications are available for download under the 'Racing' tab from the 'Horsemen' pages at tiogadowns.com and vernondowns.com.
Both tracks are the only non-half-mile ovals in the entire Empire State and provide lucrative racing opportunities.
Horsepeople are advised that 2023 stall applications for both tracks must be received by Wednesday, March 15. Forms must be completed in their entirety and signed to be valid. The backside at both facilities opens on April 1.
