In spite of the fact that Standardbred Canada's first scheduled sale of the year takes place in May, numerous calls have been received from trainers and owners inquiring about the status of the February Freeze or March Madness
Mixed Sale.
SC Sales Manager Heather Reid told Trot Insider that if she received enough interest an early March Madness sale could be held. A sale had not been scheduled for February or March 2010 due to the declining number of entries received last year.
Reid stated that a mid-March sale could go forward with 80-plus entries. Owners and trainers interested in entering a mid-March sale should contact the SC Sales Department at 905-858-3060 or email [email protected].
