Ladies From Hell replicated her performance from last week and won her second straight Wednesday night feature at The Raceway at Western Fair District on Feb. 5 with another winner's share of the $12,000 purse added to her bankroll.
Garrett Rooney directed the even-odds favourite out from post two and to the top. Ladies From Hell maintained a 1-1/2-length lead all around the half-mile oval with fractions timed in :28.2, :59.3 and 1:28.2. With a :29 final panel, Ladies From Hell opened up on her opponents to score by 4-3/4 lengths in 1:57.2. Cheese Party (Damian MacLellan) finished second and This Girl Rules (Samuel Fillion) completed the triactor.
With four starts in 2025, The Raceway's Older Pacing Mare of the Year has posted a record of 2-1-1 leading to a career tally of 48-43-33 in 205 starts. The 11-year-old daughter of Classic Card Shark-Jennys Place piled on another $6,000 into her career sum that now reads $310,551. Trainer Michael Sumner co-owns Ladies From Hell with Shae Sumner. She returned $4 to win.
