2019 ASHA Winter Mixed Sale Results

The Alberta Standardbred Horse Association conducted its 2019 winter mixed sale this past Saturday (Feb. 23) in the race paddock at Century Downs Casino & Racetrack in Rocky View.

The sale was comprised of ten Standardbred mares that ASHA had purchased via the annual Blooded Horse Winter Sale in Springfield, Ohio.

The ASHA mixed sale got underway at 5:30 p.m. and ended up being topped by the four-year-old Bettors Delight lass Dreamers Delight (p,3,1:56.3f [$26,405]) (pedigree), who was purchased by the Don Byrne Stables for $20,000.

Five of the other mares that went under the gavel sold for five figures.
