Driver Ronnie Wrenn Jr. celebrated an outstanding night at the track on Friday winning 10 of the 14 races carded at Northville Downs.

The 26-year-old reinsman kicked off the program with four consecutive wins aboard Ilikethesun ($3.40) for trainer Mervin Schmucker, Lil Be Dazzeld ($3.80) for Dirk Sisung, and Don Sherman trainees Songonbroadway ($4.60) and Thatswhattheysay ($3.80).

Following a fourth-place finish in the next dash, he returned to the winner's circle with the popular Sweet Carol Ann ($3) for his father, Ron Wrenn.

Two dashes later, Wrenn began a three-race win streak aboard R B Spirit ($8.20) for Scott Galloway, and a pair of Will Johnson pupils, Doowrah Omelet ($3.80) and Ee Bay ($6.60).

He then closed out the card with victories aboard Blah Blah Blah ($6.20) for Phil Cook and another Sherman trainee, Chubby Squirrel ($3.80).

Wrenn's Friday victories pushed his seasonal win total to 75 and earnings to nearly $220,000. The Howell, Michigan resident was named the Rising Star of the Year by the Michigan Harness Horsemen's Association in 2011 and enjoyed a career year in 2012, which included 436 wins and over $1.5 million in purse earnings.
