The Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots Series three-year-old colt pace champion of 2008, Legal Litigator, will make his four-year-old season debut at Western Fair in the 11th on the Monday afternoon program of February 23
.
The Camluck-By Desire gelding is a homebred of Robert Hamather of Exeter, ON and he’s trained by Paul Taylor. Legal Litigator banked over $139,000 last year. Mike Langdon is hired to drive on Monday from Post 7 in the $12,800 Preferred-2 Pace.
Also on the Monday afternoon card at Western Fair are the $18,400 Preferred Trot in the fifth race, and in the 12th race Preferred Pace also for an $18,400 purse Post 3 starter Tigerama has been assigned the 2-1 morning line favourite’s status.
