It has been reported that a former bookkeeper has been accused of embezzling $111,943.
A story by the Dayton Daily News states that Susan L. Wilson, 48, has been accused of embezzling the money from companies that offered wagering on standardbred racing at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Ohio.
According to the report, Wilson is accused of writing 119 purse earnings cheques from October 2010 to December 2012 and then forging signatures in order to cash them.
