Justa Cowboy Wrangles Windsor Pacers

Justa Cowboy took charge of a field of Open pacers at Windsor Raceway Sunday evening right from the word 'go' and never waivered on top as he cruised to victory in the $13,000 top class

.

With the inside post advantage, Justa Cowboy and driver Ronnie Wrenn fired to command and led their six foes past fractions of :27.2, :56, and 1:24.4 en route to the one length victory in 1:54 flat. Real Samart (Jason Merriman) finished second off a pocket trip while outsider Leafs And Wings (Ron Henderson) journeyed first over to show.

Mark Riever trains the Hawaiian Cowboy gelding, who is two-for-four this year, for owner Gerald Riever of Ceresco, Michigan. The five-year-old pacer now sports a career record reading 18-12-8 in 81 starts and earnings totalling $84,476.
