The schedule for the World Driving Championship has been revised with one of the seven stops eliminated from the event.
According to a posting on the World Trotting Conference's Facebook page, Goulburn will no longer host a leg of the 20-heat competition. The three heats that Goulburn was scheduled to host on Monday, February 23 have been added to the Wagga Wagga leg on Tuesday, February 24.
Meanwhile, Jody Jamieson departed Canada on Wednesday in search of his third World Driving Championship title, tweeting "Ready to go!!!" with a photo in his seat on the airplane.
The 2015 WDC takes place in New South Wales, Australia from February 21 through March 1. Here is a revised schedule of race dates, tracks and number of races:
