National and world leaders in horse racing investigations will gather in Lexington, Ky., March 2-5 for the annual meeting of The Organization of Racing Investigators (ORI).
The conference will be held at the downtown Hyatt Regency hotel, adjacent to Rupp Arena. Registration information and the agenda for the conference can be found here.
Key presenters include Jonathan Richeson of the federal Department for Homeland Security, Mary Scollay, DVM and Equine Medical Director for the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, and Susan Speckert, general counsel for the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission who will be discussing documentation, chain of custody, evidence collection and search of property procedures when conducting an investigation.
