The booth will be located in the southeast area of the 100 level of the Rogers Centre (Booth 38), as part of this year's "Red Zone."

Woodbine's event team will be on hand to meet and greet car and racing fans at the teletheatre, as well as to offer help and guidance for any first time patrons interested in the "Sport of Kings."

Visitors can also receive a free $2 cash card to get started on afternoon or evening wagering.

Although many will scoff, this is exactly the kind of initiative the industry needs. Car show folks love to have a good time and are looking for new outlets for their enthusiasm and spare cash. I'm a standardbred breeder and owner and I'll be checking things out at the car show for sure.

Kudos to the person who came up with this one! I hope that they pull it off with some pizzazz....
