Driver Peter Wrenn used a “come and get me” approach to take home the top prize in Sunday’s main event – the $12,000 Preferred Pace - at Windsor Raceway with veteran campaigner Infinite Justice
.
The eight-year-old Real Artist gelding found himself limbed out at the quarter pole, but once he cleared it was game over. The pacer clicked off middle splits of :56.1 and 1:25.2 before slipping home in :28 seconds to post the 1:53.2 decision over stablemate Armbro Billow and the odds-on favourite, Daddy Mac.
Mike Watson conditions Infinite Justice for owner Maria Kallen of West Bloomfield, Michigan. It was the 39th lifetime tally for the career winner of $236,396.
