After steamrolling over OSS foes all season, So Much More is now doing it to classy, older campaigners in the distaff division at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

James MacDonald put the pedal to metal with So Much More in a $26,000 conditioned event Friday evening at the Campbellville, Ont. oval and the mare responded with a front-stepping score in 1:52.1.

The three-year-old daughter of Big Jim-Ladysai rocketed to the lead from Post 7 and successfully laid down fractions of :27, :56.1 and 1:25 before storming home in :27.1 to win over the late-driving Lit De Rose. Dont Stop Believen, who came first over around the final turn, held on to finish third.

Trainer Don Beatson co-owns the photogenic miss with Ken Beatson and Cole England. The partners watched their star student improve her 2019 record to 14-3-3 from 24 starts. The 18-time winner has banked just shy of $230,000 to date.
