.

In his second start for trainer-driver Stephane Pouliot and owner G And G Bonadonna Stable of Montreal, Que., Pauls Pass was able sit the pocket behind favoured Art Smile (Stephane Gendron) through fractions of :28.4, :58.4, and 1:28.1 while Ideal Jin (Gregory Liezert) stalked the pacesetter on the outsidde. Art Smile stayed for second with Ideal Jin completing the top three finishers.

A five-year-old son of Freedoms Pass - Road Talk, Pauls Pass has found his best stride in 2010. The popular pacer has been claimed 10 times over the course of the year and assembled 15 wins from 39 starts, good for $99,115 of his $171,492 in career earnings.

Stephane Gendron guided the six-year-old son of Blissfull Hall - Matter Of Style to his ninth win of the campaign for trainer Guy Corbeil and owner Hudson Standardbred Stable of Hudson, Que.
