To help celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the O'Brien Awards, which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3 in Charlottetown, P.E.I, TROT Magazine is asking fans to participate in an online poll to help vote for the all-time greatest O'Brien Award winners in 15 different categories. Have your say and vote for your favourites in all 12 racehorse categories, as well as Trainer of the Year, Driver of the Year and Horse of the Year.
The results will be tabulated and then introduced in a special edition of TROT's January issue.
Was your favourite Older Trotting Mare Peaceful Way, Bee A Magician or someone else? Maybe you think that Somebeachsomewhere was the greatest Horse of the Year? Or possibly Bulldog Hanover? This is your chance to have a say.
Pick your THREE favourites in each of the 15 categories and see how the results vary from your choices. We also provide an optional 'Comment Box' for each category, so if you'd like to share a comment, a memory or something else that backs up your vote, you can do so as well. A number of the comments will also be published in the magazine.
The deadline to submit your votes is Sunday, Dec. 17, so vote now and look forward to TROT's January issue.
